Position Overview:
Michigan Street Animal Hospital is seeking a compassionate and skilled Associate Veterinarian to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for veterinary medicine, a commitment to providing high-quality care, and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of pets and their owners.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide routine medical, surgical, and dental care for small animals
  • Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions in pets
  • Perform surgeries with precision and care
  • Conduct thorough examinations and develop appropriate treatment plans
  • Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding treatment options and preventative care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
  • Collaborate with a team of veterinary professionals to ensure the best care for patients
  • Participate in continuing education to stay current with advancements in veterinary medicine

Qualifications:

  • DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary school
  • Licensed to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Florida
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong diagnostic and surgical skills
    Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care

Pay: $120,000.00 – $180,000.00 per year based on experience
